I used to keep a list of what was wrong
Crossin' nothing off, just addin' more
I told myself
I'd rest when the list was never what
I thought it was for
Problems don't come with a final pace
They just change their name and knock again but
I've got a number on my old days
And theirs don't seem to end
My life is short
The problems, they're not going anywhere so
I stopped waiting for the clearing
